Congratulations to new Tiger Cub Scout Charlie and dad Mike in their new Pack in Michigan. Mike, an Eagle Scout himself, was an awesome member of the Baltimore Area Council Executive Board. Mike was first ever Chair of the BAC Young Professional's Advisory Board.
